AC DC TIG welding machine TIG 250AXPRO
Features:
- Powerful capacity
- Easy TIG arc ignition with a high-frequency ignition
- TIG DC and PULSE TIG welding features
Powerful capacity. It provides an output welding current of up to 250A with a duty cycle of 40% at 40oC. This means the TIG250AXPRO can continuously weld for 4 minutes at 250A under normal conditions without overheating, whether it's TIG welding or MMA welding. The TIG250AXPRO offers both DC and AC output power sources, making it suitable for welding a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
TIG250AXPRO machine interface. It is logically designed and includes all the necessary functions for professional TIG welders.
Easy TIG arc ignition with a high-frequency ignition system. Good ignition occurs when the tungsten electrode is approximately 5-10mm away from the workpiece, minimizing tungsten contamination and enhancing arc stability and electrode protection.
LED indicators for overheating and overcurrent protection during welding. The indicators signal and protect the equipment when the internal temperature exceeds the allowable limit, ensuring safe operation.
TIG DC and PULSE TIG welding features. These features apply to both DC and AC welding and improve the stability of the TIG arc. They provide precise control over the welding speed and heat input, minimizing distortion and increasing penetration capability through the alternating heating and cooling effects of the pulse TIG welding function. The pulse frequency can be adjusted from 1-10 pulses per second, creating a characteristic wavy pattern for the weld. It performs well on thin steel and stainless steel materials as thin as 0.5mm.
TIG AC and PULSE AC welding features (Aluminum TIG welding). It delivers an AC current with a square wave pattern, allowing for more precise control of the TIG arc and increased penetration capability. The AC balance function enhances the rapid and effective removal of aluminum oxide layers from the material surface. The AC pulse frequency can be adjusted from 40-100 pulses per second, creating a characteristic wavy pattern for the weld, resulting in a beautiful and shiny weld. It performs well on thin aluminum materials as thin as 0.5mm.
2T/4T welding gun control mode. It provides convenience in TIG welding operations with the TIG welding gun's 2T/4T modes:
• 2T mode: Normal welding mode - Press and hold the trigger to ignite the arc and weld; release the trigger to finish welding.
• 4T mode: Trigger lock mode - Press and release the trigger for the first time to ignite the arc and weld; press and release the trigger for the second time to finish welding.
Convenient MMA welding function integrated into the TIG250AXPRO TIG welding machine. The current reaches up to 250A, capable of welding electrode sizes up to 5.0 mm. The duty cycle is 40% at 250A under 40oC conditions, allowing continuous welding for 4 minutes at 250A without overheating. The "Hot Start" function supports arc ignition capability, and the "Arc Force" function adjusts the arc force to prevent electrode sticking.
Equipped with a digital gauge. It accurately displays the actual current, enabling precise control of the current when adjusted using the current knob.
Energy-saving with an automatic cooling fan: The fan only starts when the internal temperature reaches approximately 52°C and automatically stops when the machine is cooled down to around 40°C. This helps save energy and minimize dust intake.
