INTRODUCTION

HONG KY high speed steel coil slitting line model 0.3~3.2 x 1350 is designed to divide the big coil steel into smaller coils based on required dimension of slitting trips. This machine is used in the manufacturing factories of wide range of products such as steel pipes, home appliances, furniture, car components etc. It can cut these materials such as galvanized steel, hot roll steel, cold roll steel, and stainless steel.

Line design is a crystal of technology that the steel industry has built over several decades.
Thanks to the double slitting system (optional feature), quick adjusting the clearance of knife blade has achieved. It can bring the user a better and efficient operation due to changing slitting knifes are carried out of line.
Since all hydraulic piping and electrical wiring are buried underground, the working ground is clean and easy for operator to work. It is also equipped safety fences, sensors along the slitting line which provide the highest safety work place for the operator.
The programing logic control system PLC combines with smart touch screen HMI which operator can monitor the slitting machine easily.
The highly automatic operation brings client the high productivity.
The control and supervising SCADA software can record all information related to the machine such as capacity, working time, malfunction, as well as alarm function to alert the operator about the maintenance schedule to ensure the machine always under good care.
