HKCUT40 Hong Ky Plasma Cutting Machine

This machine has a powerful working capacity, providing a 40A output plasma cutting arc. It cuts well on steel materials thickness from 1mm to 6mm in thickness. The duty cycle reaches 50% at 40°C, allowing continuous cutting at 40A in normal conditions for up to 5 minutes without overheating.

Accurate cutting current adjustment: Easily adjust the cutting current for different materials directly on the device, monitored through the display gauge.

LED indicator light for overheating: Signals when the internal temperature exceeds the allowable limit.

Post-gas after cutting arc is turned off: Helps cool down and prolong the lifespan of plasma cutting gun components.

Equipped with a filter and compressed air flow control gauge: Uses quick-connect fittings for an improved and faster connection between the compressed air source and the machine.

Capable of achieving clean cuts on steel materials up to 6mm in thickness at a hand-cutting speed of 7cm per minute. Capable of achieving severance cuts on steel materials up to 10mm in thickness at a hand-cutting speed of 2.9cm per minute. It cuts well on Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum materials.
