Classification:
 
Based on the melting temperature of the scales, they are divided into two groups
 
Group of hot welding scales:
Soft soldering Melt temperatures below 450. Used to weld products that work at low temperatures, small force or sometimes only to connect only.
 
Soft solder include special solder tins and special materials.
 
Group welding scorching hot hard:
Hard soldering: Their temperature is over 450C. This weld has a relatively high degree of rigidity and is therefore generally used to weld welding work at relatively high temperatures and with relatively large loads. Requirement:
Soldering must meet the following key requirements:
 
The molten solder must be able to diffuse well into the welding metal to firmly anchor the termite surface.
The melting temperature of the scales is lower than that of the weld metal.
In molten state, the welds need high dilution to fill the entire weld.
The heat transfer coefficients of the solds and of the weld metal should be approximately the same.
Welding fluxes should ensure the toughness and durability of the sold, not crispy hot and crispy cold.
Ensure low prices, simple and easy to manufacture.
Solder Chemical:
 
Solder chemicals are responsible for cleaning the oxide and other contaminants in the weld and metal welds.

Select solder:

 Heating methods:
